Simon Bathgate

B. Arch, FRAIA, CPPD, MAIPM, MAIDGC

Simon started out in the industry in 1974 and completed his Bachelor of Architecture with honours from NSWIT in 1982. Since then he has worked in a variety of firms, being instrumental in the design and delivery of over 30 years of projects covering a wide range of Commercial and Industrial Developments, Airport Buildings, Airline Lounges, Large scale Interior Office fit-outs and Single dwelling Residential designs for many clients, with various values up to $30M.

Simon is a registered Architect in 6 states across Australia and in New Zealand, and is a full member of the following organizations: 

  • Australian Institute of Architects (Fellow)
  • Association of Consulting Architects (Vice President)
  • Australian Institute of Project Management (Certified Practicing Project Director)

  • Australasian Institute of Dangerous Goods Consultants Inc (Accredited for Class 2; Gases)

Simon established PSA in 2007 with a commitment to providing clients with good quality design and well executed projects within program and budget, providing the right people with the right skills to work on projects and not just jobs for  jobs’ sake. Simon has a  commitment to staff to further develop their skills to benefit clients, projects and the design industry as a whole, he has been a Mentor for students with AIA since that program’s inception.

Samantha Goddin

B. Des. Arch, B. Arch, RAIA

Samantha has completed a Bachelor of Architecture from Sydney University. She has sound experience across a wide range of projects from large scale industrial projects, through to interior fit-out and residential design. Samantha is dedicated to delivering quality projects and she brings strong skills in planning and project and contract administration. She has completed the green star accredited professional course.

Felice Carlino

 Adv Dip Interior Design , Cert Arch Dft, Affiliate RAIA.

Felice has 20 years of experience working on various types of projects ranging from architectural projects, high end hospitality, large corporate office fit-outs and national retail rollouts. He has recently been working closely with internationally renowned designer Marc Newson delivering Qantas First Class and Chairmans lounges overseeing all aspects of the projects from client  liaison to site administration.

Alison Brewer

Adv Dip Interior Design, Affiliate RAIA

Alison joined PSA in 2008 with a focus on Interior design projects within the office. She has a strong dedication to Design, with experience across commercial fit-outs and hospitality projects. Alison brings valuable skills in design concept, detail design and project administration. Alison has had previous work nominated for DIA awards.

Denise Gouvea

Dipl. Arquiteto e Urbanista (BR)

Denise is a qualified Architect and Urban Designer with 10 years experience on projects in Australia and Brazil. She has worked on varied types of projects ranging from Town Planning, Commercial and Residential buildings, Hotels, Shopping Centers, Supermarkets and Single Dwellings. In 2007-2008 she also undertook a post-graduate degree in Environmental Urban Planning . She has studied Ecovillage Design and Sustainable Construction Techniques.
